We hope this message finds you safe and healthy. While things in the world seem to be changing minute-to-minute, one thing that is staying consistent is Mother Nature’s schedule. The trees are budding, flowers are blooming and the temperatures are slowly but surely rising.
Many of our services have been deemed an “essential business”, therefore it will be business as usual for K.C. Arborist, with some minor adjustments to keep our employees and clients safe and healthy. We wanted to make you aware of some of the changes you may see.
– We will do our part in keeping a safe distance when meeting with clients both during estimates and while performing services and ask that you do the same.
-If you have a question while our crew is onsite but would feel more comfortable staying inside, feel free to call or email the office. We will respond promptly.
-After a Tree and/or Shrub Health Care Application is performed, we will not leave a Notice of Application on your door. A copy of it will be emailed to you once the application has been completed.
-To minimize human to human contact, we encourage you to pay invoices using a credit card through our website or by calling our office.
– One person per vehicle. You may see several cars in front of your property when we’re onsite. Each of our crew members will be driving in a separate vehicle throughout the workday, and company vehicles will be disinfected at the end of each shift, and at the beginning of each new shift.
– Daily employee health screening. Each morning before crews leave company property, they will receive a basic screening. This will include a temperature reading and some basic questions regarding symptoms. If there is any concern, they will be sent home immediately.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to give us a call. Take care of yourself and each other and we look forward to shaking your hand again very soon!
